BGS OCR Resolver Mistakes
Development OCR mismatches only. Top-100 whole-key retrieval followed by the line-aware resolver, with certificate lookup disabled. Detector misses and sealed calibration/final-validation rows are excluded.
“Wrong accept” means the resolver disagreed with the frozen catalog key. Inspect the image: the frozen catalog normalization can itself be wrong, as in the visible leading-dash case.
